Some time ago I did scan-- from, I believe, one of the volumes of the TRC report-- a map showing the fragmented nature of the apartheid plan's Bantustans. So here, without further ado, I present that one and the recent "Palestinian archipelago" map. Sorry about the poor quality of the scanning...

Your map of the West Bank is interesting but it conflicts with the map in Martin Indyk's recent book. That map of what was offered in the Oslo accord doesn't have that patchwork.

I know this ins't going to go over well with your readers who will brand me a hasbrista (I forget the spelling) but surely the Palestinians have some responsiblity for the currect situation resulting from the second intifida?
